Client: Social enterprise Engage Media Solutions
Project: Design, writing and production of a quarterly magazine, CIS [Child Internet Safety] for a social enterprise client. Magazine designed to engage, empower and entertain children and parents around the sensitive, but essential, issue of keeping children and teens safe online.
As Associate Editor, I am jointly responsible for producing CIS magazine [Child Internet Safety] on behalf of social enterprise, Engage Media Solutions. Myself and the Editor are responsible for client liaison, consulting, researching, writing, editing, design and production of this quarterly customer magazine.
The magazine aims to educate, entertain and empower children and parents by covering essential topics such as cyberbullying, sexting, online identity, revenge porn, and chatroom ‘stranger danger’ by sharing impartial information and expert advice from the industry’s leading voices.
It is difficult to imagine a more challenging, sensitive subject, but thanks to our experience and sensitivity to the subject matter, we were able to create an engaging, friendly, informative and approachable magazine that the client loves.
